Grassroots Therapy Solutions is in-network and contracted with several insurance companies. If we are not in-network with the insurance you hold, we are still able to work with you as an out-of-network provider or as private pay. We will call your insurance company to verify benefits, such as your deductible, copay or coinsurance, and to determine if pre-authorization or a referral is required prior to the initial evaluation or treatment with Grassroots Therapy Solutions. We do our best to verify insurance and obtain necessary preauthorization but we cannot guarantee that our services will be covered by your insurance.  

Grassroots Therapy Solutions is currently in-network with the following major insurances: OPTUM/United Healthcare, UMR, Pacific Source, Aetna, First Choice Health Network, Cigna, Lifewise of WA, TriCare/Health Net, Premera Blue Cross WA, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Ultimately, it is your responsibility to know the benefits of your insurance plan.

You can call the number listed on the back of your insurance card for “customer services/members” to verify your benefits. Please let us know if you wish to call your insurance so we can provide you with the appropriate codes they may ask for that are specific to speech and language evaluations/treatment.
